Quintain, the award-winning developer behind Wembley Park, has completed a new GP ‘super surgery.’
The surgery is part of the Repton Gardens residential development at the heart of Wembley Park.
It is a significant milestone in the delivery of the Wembley Park neighbourhood, which has been planned from the start to provide the community with facilities that are easily within reach.

James Saunders, Chief Executive of Quintain, said: "This new GP surgery will increase high-quality healthcare provision in the borough of Brent for residents new and old in a purpose-built facility. From its inception, our masterplan at Wembley Park sought to provide everything local residents need to live healthy, happy lives in their neighbourhood."
The Manser Practice, a team of architects with award-winning experience in the healthcare sector, designed the surgery.
The NHS super surgery
The surgery is a state-of-the-art 11,000 sqft general practice (GP) medical space, which includes:
- Two clinical suites
- 14 consult exam rooms
- Four treatment rooms
- An e-consult room
- Double-height reception and waiting area
The surgery provides enough space for 16 GPs, serving up to 25,000 patients and it is operated by Wembley Park Medical Centre, which relocated from Wembley Park Drive to Humphry Repton Lane, a 10-minute walk from its old premises.
The previous Wembley Park Medical Centre was originally established in the 1970s.
Northwest London Integrated Clinical Board recognised for some time that the building was no longer fit for purpose with the population of Wembley Park growing and decided to relocate when the opportunity arose.
