Tilbury Douglas, a UK building, infrastructure, engineering and fit-out business, has announced the appointment of Brett Jarman as Pre-Construction Director – Infrastructure.
As a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in highways, water and other civil engineering works, Brett has worked at senior management level for medium and large civil engineering companies including Morgan Sindall, Sisk, Jackson and Roadbridge, developing their businesses and customer bases.
