Tilbury Douglas has appointed a new head of social value to spearhead the company’s CSR programme across its UK-wide business.
Lucy Davies has been appointed to the role and will consolidate and develop the company’s CSR activities, including apprenticeships, community volunteering, local employment, and supply chain engagement.

Commenting on the new appointment, Mark Buckle, technical director, said: “I am delighted to announce the appointment of Lucy Davies as head of social value, which is an important area of focus for our business.
“We are committed to enhancing the positive impacts of our organisation in the communities we operate in, whether that be through our apprenticeship programme, our supply chain engagement, community volunteering, or the range of vital projects we deliver - we are committed to giving back and leaving a positive legacy.”
Davies adds: “Social value is at the heart of what we do at Tilbury Douglas and I am looking forward to working with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders to increase the positive impact of our business.”
