Liverpool women’s trust implements Lexmark managed print solution
Solution consolidates devices by over 30% while driving continuous improvement and control
Lexmark International has announced that Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust (LWH) has implemented a smart Managed Print Services (MPS) solution.
This new implementation has provided LWH with a fully-managed print service and a new fleet of output devices, streamlining operational efficiencies and helping to control costs and promote sustainability.
The five-year agreement has seen Lexmark install a mix of A4 and A3, colour, mono and multifunction devices.
The solution has consolidated devices by over 30%, reducing 251 devices to 168 while providing a platform on which to drive continuous improvement and control.
Long term efficiency has been ensured as Lexmark MPS includes pro-active consumable management for the replenishment of supplies and automated service reporting.
LWH plans to use this project as a platform to adopt further paper-light initiatives through a modular approach.
