Building Better Healthcare Awards

BBH Awards 2025: The Winners

Published: 4-Nov-2025

The industry's leading award ceremony honoured innovators across the building and healthcare sector. Check out the winners below!

Now in its 27th year, the Building Better Healthcare Awards once again celebrated some of the most innovative projects and products shaping the future of healthcare design, technology, and delivery.

With 22 awards up for grabs this year — including a brand-new category, the Social Value Impact Award judged by NHS England’s P23 team — the competition was fiercer than ever.

Attendees also enjoyed a surprise category award, the CDC of the Year award. The influx of these projects this year has been a truly defining feature of the healthcare estate in 2025.

For the main categories, a panel of industry-leading judges reviewed projects across four key areas: Technology, Patient Experience, Estates and Facilities, and Building, before concluding with the Special Awards, which honoured the standout achievements across all entries.

From cutting-edge digital health deployments to patient-centred design and sustainable estate management, this year’s winners demonstrated an inspiring commitment to innovation, social value, and clinical excellence.
