Stalis has appointed a Chief Commercial Officer to respond to growing data opportunities in health tech

Stalis, the end-to-end data specialist, has appointed Damian Pearce as its new Chief Commercial Officer. The move is part of the wider Egress Group’s ambitious expansion plans across the UK and Ireland.

Pearce, a seasoned health tech expert, brings 19 years of experience in delivering transformational programmes within the NHS.

Over the last 12 years, he has focused on data, informatics, and reporting, playing a key role in major electronic patient record (EPR) implementations, including the largest Epic data migration in the UK at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and King’s College Hospital.

Having founded Integris Solutions, a healthcare data migration consultancy, and served as an EPR Programme Director within the NHS, Pearce possesses extensive expertise in advising healthcare organisations on EPR programme life cycles and data management strategies.

  • Expanding technical and delivery teams with sector experts to bolster service capabilities.
