Shake-up for GCC model

A CONSULTATION group has been set up to consider changes to the NHS Sustainable Development Unit's (SDU's) Good Corporate Citizenship (GCC) initiative. The model offers a self assessment test enabling organisations to look at their sustainability progress in all areas from procurement to community engagement. An SDU spokesman said: " The SDU intends to improve the functionality of the GCC website and update the assessment tool. To help us achieve this, we have formed a consultation group to discuss how to make the GCC even better for NHS organisations."
