The team led a two-storey vertical extension of a single-storey ward in just nine months, from design to completion, demonstrating effective collaboration while using innovative design solutions to overcome challenges.
The team then went on to complete a further three phases of work, increasing the building by three more levels, which included a roof plant and a skyway link connecting it to the hospital.
Kendall Kingscott Managing Director Andrew Bailey, who will continue to lead the business, said: " It means our 60-year legacy is protected but within a platform that will enable us to achieve our ambitious plans more quickly than we could have ever imagined.
"Crucially, our people, leadership team, name, brand and services all stay the same, as does our commitment to clients. We are all very excited about the future of Kendall Kingscott within RSK Group. The parallels between our culture, purpose and approach were staggering, and we look forward to achieving great things together."
