Construction, property and management consultant, Rider Levett Bucknall UK, has announced the appointment of healthcare expert, Kyle McClelland, to its team.
Due to start in April 2018 from consultancy, Turner & Townsend, McClelland’s project management appointment will look to enhance and develop RLB’s South East capabilities, where he will be involved with a range of large-scale acute and community redevelopments within the healthcare sector.
Conor Ellis, national head of healthcare for RLB UK, said: “Having collaborated with Kyle in the past, we are looking forward to welcoming him to RLB and bringing his complementary skill base to our existing team.”
The appointment reflects the success and growth in a sector that has seen a 50% increase in revenue in the last year in a difficult public sector market.
Helping clients to deliver their objectives through bespoke solutions on a range of projects from primary care developments with clinical commissioning groups to the largest projects in the NHS; RLB’s healthcare sector now extends to eight regional offices delivering over 60 projects including the University of Leicester Hospital, Royal Berkshire Hospital, Sussex Community Trust, Camden and Islington NHS, Worcester Acute Hospitals, Trafford CCG and Sheffield Health and Social Care.
