Earlier this month, the 2024 Building Better Healthcare (BBH) Awards ceremony brought together the best and brightest in healthcare innovation for a memorable event in central London.

The event also featured 20 exhibitors such as Knightsbridge, Darwin Group, Trovex and, for the first time, a keynote speaker from NHS England

The day opened with the Procure23 conference hosted by NHS England, led by Graham Bell. The conference saw a full house, and covered setting an engaging tone for the day.

Bell gave delegates an insight into what he is expecting in the immediate future. “NHS Wales and Scotland are flirting with the idea of using our expertise,” Bell said.

Pinnegar Hayward Design, 2024 BBH Award winner said:  “Receiving an award recognising the project and the team’s efforts adds significantly to that sense of achievement. We are very pleased that a bereavement facility such as Woodland House is getting the attention it deserves”.

The 2024 BBH Awards were not just a celebration of achievement but also a reminder of the collective commitment to building a better healthcare system. The Building Better Healthcare team as well as the 2024 judging panel were thrilled to see another year of innovation and exceptional progress in healthcare.
