CBRE, a US-based commercial property company, has appointed Sarah Livingston as Head of the UK Healthcare Sector.
Livingston’s appointment follows the recent announcement that Irvinder Goodhew will join CBRE in March as Head of Sectors.
This is part of the firm’s broader go-to-market strategy in the UK, which also saw Bruce Robertson named as Head of Industrial & Logistics and Louise Wyman taking the helm of the Public Sector division last year.
To further enhance its healthcare expertise, CBRE has also welcomed Paddy Brice to lead its Healthcare Investment Properties business.

As she steps into her new role, Livingston will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic growth plan, leveraging CBRE’s market-leading capabilities to capitalise on the numerous opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Livingston’s focus will also include identifying and fostering synergies across CBRE’s service lines to deliver a fully integrated offering to clients.
