Bupa Health Clinics has partnered with Arista Medical, a private health and dental care provider, to open four new Bupa Health Centres within their leading sites.
The new partnership sites will be offering customers access to Bupa’s in-depth health assessments, which give an overall picture of current health and wellbeing and highlight any potential risks of illness in the future, and targeted cancer screenings.
They will also offer Bupa’s primary care services, including private GP appointments, the Menopause Plan and Period Plan, Men’s Sexual Function service, Sexual Health Check, ear wax removal and the Weight Management Plan.
The Arista Medical centres are based in Cheltenham and Swindon, with new sites planned to open in Swansea and Plymouth, helping to expand Bupa’s footprint across England and Wales.
Bupa told Building Better Healthcare that these new health centres were built through a partnership with Arista Medical and Circle Design.
The centres in Cheltenham and Swindon are open, with Swansea and Plymouth due to open in April.
Dr Khaled Sadek, founder and Chairman at Arista Medical, added: “We’re very proud to be working with Bupa to open four Bupa Health Clinics at some of our key locations across England and Wales. This new partnership means our customers are able to access more services under one roof, helping to support their ever-changing healthcare needs.”
Designing new hubs
“We’ve designed these city-centre hubs to be a one-stop shop for your health and performance,” a Bupa spokesperson stated.
The spokesperson said that the location of these hubs is supposed to make them “convenient”, with easy food access and plenty of parking.
These new hubs will be able to perform:
- Performance testing: VO₂ max assessments and tailored weight management.
- Bupa’s signature assessments: The full "Be" suite - Reassured, Motivated, and Ahead.
- Physical recovery: Comprehensive physiotherapy and upcoming MSK consultant clinics.
- Mental wellbeing: Dedicated Mind Health spaces for a truly holistic approach.
