Now in its 20th year of production, the Bristol Maid Caretray Trolley has seen a series of progressive changes to improve functionality and durability whilst importantly offering excellent value for money.
The latest development has seen the Caretray Trolley being completely redesigned from the ground up.
Bristol Maid Senior Design Engineer Mark Bevis who was involved directly with the project commented, ‘development of the new Caretray Trolley has taken months of work; through listening to our customers we feel that we have made significant improvements to the look and feel of the trolley, however importantly retained the durability that Bristol Maid products are renowned for’.
- All new design
- Fully welded frame available in either 304 grade stainless steel or mild steel that is blast finished and powder coated in a durable epoxy polyester paint
- New one piece moulded top assists cleaning and offers improved impact resistance. Raised edges provide defined grab points and act as push handles, whilst an integral rim at the front contains spillages
- New one piece moulded side panels assists cleaning and offers improved impact resistance. Positive stops on the runners prevent trays from being accidentally withdrawn, whilst a symmetrical design allows trays to be inserted from either side of the trolley
- New translucent, impact-resistant trays and dividers feature an integral handle with plastic clip on label cover, (suitable for use with our perforated coloured label strips)
- New optional polymer castors aids cleaning, assists manoeuvrability and lowers noise levels
- Ring buffers fitted as standard offer protection to both the trolley and fabric of the building
- Carerails fitted to both sides of the trolley are compatible with a wide range of accessories
- New optional doors and back panel, configurable with three locking options allow the contents of the trolley to be secured when not in use
