Dorset-based manufacturer of medical furniture & equipment, Bristol Maid, has had to adapt and react to a rapidly evolving situation. With over 65 years of experience supporting the NHS, care homes and private healthcare facilities, there has never been a more significant shift in demand and need.
To combat this, and to ensure that consumers’ high expectations of the brand continue to be met, Bristol Maid have endeavoured to remain flexible throughout the Coronavirus pandemic and have been listening to the requirements of their customers. This has resulted in the 2020 Essentials Brochure, a pared-down brochure of essential equipment for frontline workers, both nationally and globally.
The brochure includes two vital pieces of equipment required in HDU in the fight against COVID-19: mobile pump stands and ICU trolleys, both of which have been significantly redesigned in order to meet substantial demand.
Stuart Davis, Managing Director of Bristol Maid, said "We are working around the clock to ensure that we can provide high quality products that will allow clinicians to focus on patient care. We have increased levels of materials and components and are increasing our production capability. This is an unprecedented and uncertain time for everyone, but we are committed to maintaining our business operations and importantly can supply much needed medical equipment to our NHS and beyond."
Dressing trolleys, infusion stands, and the manufacturer’s signature caretray trolleys all feature in Bristol Maid’s 2020 Essentials Brochure, which can be viewed or downloaded here.
