The Neighbourhood Health Forum has welcomed the construction and property development company Bouygues UK as its latest member.
The forum, established in November 2025, now brings together ten private sector organisations with experience in health infrastructure delivery.
Together, its members represent more than £10bn of health infrastructure across 1,400 health buildings and community facilities.
Members of the forum are engaging with the UK government and the NHS on the development of neighbourhood health services and future public-private partnership (PPP) models.
Bouygues UK brings experience delivering complex healthcare facilities across the UK and is part of Bouygues Construction, which has delivered more than 400 healthcare facilities worldwide.
The UK subsidiary was recently appointed as lead contractor for the design and construction of the new Overdale Acute Hospital in Jersey.
“There is significant private sector interest in plans for new neighbourhood health centres, and we stand ready to support this important new chapter for the NHS,” said Sarah Beaumont-Smith, Chair of the Neighbourhood Health Forum.
The Neighbourhood Health Forum’s members now include Bouygues UK, Equitix, Eric Wright Partnerships, Fulcrum Infrastructure Group, partnerships, Infracare, Kajima Partnerships, Invesis, Robertson Group and Sewell Group.
The forum was established to provide a collective private sector perspective on health infrastructure delivery and support the development of new approaches to partnership working in neighbourhood healthcare.
“This partnership reflects our shared commitment to supporting the NHS and Government in bringing world-class healthcare facilities to communities across the UK,” said Neil Pixsley, Operations Director for Healthcare at Bouygues UK.
Together, we look forward to advancing neighbourhood health delivery.
