Assura, a primary care and general practitioner property business, has completed the build of St James Medical Practice, a new health and wellbeing centre in King’s Lynn.

Assura has completed building St James Medical Practice
The former premises of St James Medical Practice on County Court Road was not a fit-for-purpose building to operate from. The patient list size is expected to reach 20,000 within the next few years.
The new building, on Edward Benefer Way, will offer a range of medical services and facilities to the local community, including:
- General Medical Services
- A pharmacy
- Endoscopy
- Private health space

The Practice Manager for St James Medical Practice, said: “We are delighted to be able to move into our new accommodation, it will be a huge help for us, enabling the practice to provide improved services to our patients and handle the increased demand on our services. It’s a wonderful new building for us and we cannot wait to see what our patients think.”
The centre will have a positive impact on the area, providing wider benefits to the community beyond just medical care.
Further, The new St James Medical Practice has been graded BREEAM “Excellent” for energy efficiency and includes Photo Voltaic (PV) panels on the roof.
