Transform has launched a new national service, Transform Medical, providing faster, more accessible care for patients living with hip, knee and joint conditions.
The service delivers end-to-end care, from consultation and diagnostics through to surgery and recovery, targeting conditions including arthritis, joint degeneration, chronic pain and reduced mobility.
Each patient receives a personalised treatment plan, including pre- and post-operative support, recovery timelines and rehabilitation strategies.

By providing timely, localised care, the service can reduce waiting times to just weeks in some cases, helping patients regain mobility and independence sooner.
Services are now available at Electiva Hospitals in Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle and London, alongside specialist outpatient clinics in London, Birmingham, Nottingham and other locations nationwide.
The network combines advanced facilities with a team of experienced consultant orthopaedic surgeons, delivering both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
Procedures include total hip and knee replacements, minimally invasive arthroscopic surgeries, lower limb and joint consultations, and personalised recovery planning.
Post-operative care is supported through physiotherapy, ongoing clinical follow-up and in-home recovery programmes.
