Gleeds, a UK-based construction consultancy, has been appointed to deliver a state-of-the-art healthcare facility and associated amenities as part of the government’s New Hospital Programme (NHP).
Working in close collaboration with Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, representatives of the NHP, an architect-led design team, and appointed contractors, Gleeds will help to design and construct a modern, sustainable hospital on the existing site.
Andrew McNulty, Gleeds’ UK Head of Healthcare, said: “Gleeds has extensive experience in delivering complex health projects and we have seen first-hand the enormously positive impact they can have on communities. Having overseen the delivery of similar large-scale projects across the UK in recent years, we’re looking forward to sharing best practice and supporting our client and their surrounding community throughout this project.”
Throughout the project, the team aims to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
