Medical equipment manufacturer, Ferno, has strengthened its service team with five new appointments.
The move underscores the Cleckheaton-based company’s commitment to after-sales care, where it offers complete technical and service support, and its ongoing sales service with new and existing customers.
The new recruits are Nicolae Pirlea and Trevor Smith, service technicians; Victoria Bray, commercial co-ordinator; Zac Teasdale, telesales executive; and Angela Pearson, Ferno receptionist.
Romanian Pirlea and Smith will be responsible for servicing products in the field across the UK, while as commercial coordinator, Bray, 25, is responsible for managing all internal sales processes to ensure the company delivers the highest standard of sales experience for its customers.
Teasdale, 24, will deliver a pro-active sales service and account management to customers as telesales executive. He will liaise with the external sales team to ensure they work together effectively and efficiently.
Finally, Pearons joins Ferno on the front desk as receptionist and the first point of customer contact.
Ferno managing director, Jon Ellis, said: “These recent appointments underscore our commitment to the highest standards of customer care both in terms of sales support and also ensuring that our equipment is maintained to the best operational levels.”
Ferno, based in West Yorkshire, exports to more than 150 countries worldwide and is recognised as a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of patient-handling equipment to the emergency services, funeral and mortuary, hospital and medical sectors as well as general industry. The company is also building a portfolio of products for the military.
