Archus, a UK-based global healthcare consultancy, has appointed Victoria Head as CEO, decided by the company's Board of Directors, effective 1st November 2024.
Most recently Head was Commercial and Performance Director of Archus and will succeed Richard Darch, who is stepping into a new role after founding the business seven and a half years ago.
Head has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare, consultancy, and construction industries. She began her career in the NHS, quickly moving into consultancy where she managed capital projects and programmes and was sought out by clients for her exceptional project management and leadership skills.

Before joining Archus, Head led the award-winning Grange University Hospital, which successfully opened early during the COVID-19 pandemic. She joined Archus in 2021.
