Actavo, a modular buildings business, has published its gender pay gap report 2023.
Quartile Reporting
The report shows that Actavo’s female employees are well represented throughout the business, across each of the quartiles, with the pay gap being minimal at 6.3% and female employees are as likely to be part of the Senior Management Team as their male counterparts.
Gender Pay Gap Reporting
The report reveals that Actavo’s workforce is predominately male at 88%. The reason for this, according to Actavo’s gender pay gap report, is “given the industries in which we operate and the nature of the roles within those industries.”
Gender Pay and Bonus Pay Gap
Across the Group, the gender pay gap is on average 6.3%. This means that for every €1 a male employee earns, a female employee in the business can expect to earn 93.7c.
From a bonus perspective, female employees are on average likely to receive a 7.6% lower bonus than their male counterparts. This means that for every €1 bonus a man receives, a woman in the business can expect to receive €0.92.
