A new tech partnership designed to save stretched care managers’ precious time and free up resources has been announced between Person Centre Software and CoolCare.
Person Centred Software, which provides a digital care system to more than 1,600 care homes in the UK, is working with CoolCare as part of its eco system of care to drive outstanding outcomes.
CoolCare4 is an intuitive platform that enables care managers to carry out essential tasks such as time and attendance and human resources.
It offers significant business performance enhancements for many care homes and reduces time spent managing staff queries.
The joint proposition means CoolCare customers can use the digital care system provided by Person Centred Software for the care management of their residents.
The CoolCare4 platform also has an inbuilt specialist CRM system that supports frontline staff in managing their enquiries and waiting lists, which, in turn, helps with occupancy management.
The partnership between the two ambitious care tech companies will initially work with an initial tranche of care homes before gradually rolling out to other customers.
Andrew Coles, head of product management at Person Centred Software, said: “We are always looking at adding value for our customers as we continue to expand our ecosystem of care.
“This partnership with CoolCare continues our work with industry specialists to offer customers additional products enabling them to spend more time with residents by reducing paperwork.”
Fiona Hale, CoolCare managing director, adds: “CoolCare4 is a completely-new system that focuses on specialist admin tasks.
”Our software is already used by hundreds of care homes across the country and this partnership with Person Centred Software is the start of a pathway that will enable them to implement best-in-class systems.”
