ETL has announced the appointment of Paul Styler to the role of director of infrastructure solutions.
This is the second in a series of new hires who will drive and shape the future of ETL as the consultancy continues to support the health and science and research sectors post lockdown.
Earlier this month ETL also revealed the appointment of Jonathan French to the role of managing director.
David Dean, chairman of the ETL Board, said: “We want to be on the front foot as we emerge from lockdown.
“The decision to hire new people to add to our team of experts was made before COVID-19 and we’re delighted that, despite the pandemic, ETL continues to go from strength to strength.”
Most recently, Styler has led the delivery of strategic health partnerships for design and engineering consultancy, Arcadis – a role covering its health advisory and health capital offering.
A qualified accountant who has specialised in structured finance, he will add further strength to ETL’s strong offering in strategic advisory services for infrastructure investment in areas of project finance, financial modelling, and commercial development structures for clients across the UK and internationally.
He said of the appointment: “I was delighted to be approached by ETL to join its team of sector specialist advisors and am looking forward to helping the firm shape a wider range of capabilities to help its clients deliver better outcomes for their services users, staff and stakeholders.
“My focus will be to help clients understand and shape opportunities in their internal and external markets to bring about more-effective delivery of service and asset change.”
