Colliers International announce new role for Adam Lenton

Colliers International has appointed Adam Lenton as head of healthcare.

Current manager, Jeremy Tasker, will continue to represent the EMEA region on the Colliers International Healthcare Steering Committee as well as expanding his work with new and existing corporate clients from around the world to develop new markets and opportunities by becoming managing director of special projects.

Tasker said of the appointment: “Adam has an excellent reputation in the industry and his appointment is an important part of our platform for growth.

“Colliers International has one of the UK’s leading specialist healthcare teams and has been at the forefront of advising investors and occupiers of healthcare real estate for more than 14 years and these changes are a response to the increasingly global nature of our clients' businesses."

James Shorthouse, head of the specialist division, added: “I am delighted that Adam is taking over as head of healthcare at this important stage in the development of the Colliers International business. The increased demand for strategic advice means Jeremy’s experience and knowledge is highly valued by clients old and new and his new role means he will be able to dedicate even more time to our corporate clients.”
