Ingenica Solutions’ sales team has been given a major boost with the appointment of a new sales manager, Geoff Bailey.
This comes at a time of marked growth for Ingenica Solutions, which has expanded its footprint in the healthcare market to secure a dominant position as the leading inventory management solution to the NHS in just three years.
Bailey joins the business with more than 20 years’ experience in the software industry. He has held senior roles at AvePoint as director of sales for government; and also Ascribe, where he helped bring the electronic patient record to the NHS.
Ingenica’s rapid growth has been driven through the excellent results obtained by its clients, which sets it apart from other offerings in the market. The Ingenica solution was also the first solution in the UK to achieve GS1 certification for inventory management, and offers a solution for every stage of a customer’s maturity. The GS1 strategy is at the forefront of government initiatives to reduce costs and wastage in the NHS.
Nicola Hall, managing directorm said: “Ingenica has differentiated ourselves in the marketplace, providing unmatched solutions that significantly improve the operational and financial efficiency of UK hospitals. Geoff will help our company build this momentum further and head up our expanding sales team.”
Bailey added: “Ingenica Solutions has a reputation second to none in healthcare, and is at an exciting stage of growth as we continue to show trusts a real return on their investment, over and above other solutions. Looking ahead, I believe Ingenica will make an even-greater contribution to cost savings in the NHS. It’s a pivotal time to be leading our sales across the country.”
