Maximum noise reduction with Deborah Services’ Noisegardz

Fully-waterproof, fire-resistant and lightweight product suitable for both internal and external temporary noise abatement

NoiseGardz has been launched by Deborah Services, market-leaders in providing non-mechanical construction equipment.

Suitable for both internal and external temporary noise abatement, NoiseGardz is a fully-waterproof, fire-resistant and lightweight barrier. It has a maximum attenuation rating of 35.6dB, and is independently tested and certified to BS EN ISO 717-1:1997; BS EN ISO 345:2003; EN ISO 11654:1997 standards.

NoiseGardz acoustic curtains are made entirely from fire-resistant materials. When exposed to a blow torch, they continue to degrade rather than promoting the flames to spread. During tests with a gas blow-torch, the self-extinguishing properties of NoiseGardz were fully proved with the flames immediately going out once the torch had been removed.

This quality mitigates the health and safety risk of accidental fire or extensive damage as a result of vandalism – common hazards at construction sites.

NoiseGardz is particularly suitable for suspension from secondary substrates such as fences and ceilings because of its water-resistance which prevents weight gain from water absorption unlike barriers which use a fibre-based core. Manufactured in the UK from non-irritant materials means NoiseGardz is safe to handle without the need for further personal protective equipment.

For convenience, eyelets positioned on all NoiseGardz edges and Velcro seams enable it to be suspended from site fencing, scaffolding, timber hoardings and many other substrates. It flexes to countless enclosure figurations for both short and long-term applications.

Its pallet-sized, single-fold design combine with its lightweight nature (just 5.7kg) to ease both transport and storage.
