Taking place at the Manchester Central convention complex from 8–9 October 2024, and this year organised around the theme of “Embracing the Challenges”, the two-day conference and exhibition provides learning, engagement, and networking opportunities for professionals of all levels in every estates and facilities profession.
The multi-stream, CPD-accredited conference provides high-value learning opportunities across five key topic themes, whilst the exhibition hall gives free-of-charge access to hundreds of leading suppliers, as well as the programme of keynote addresses and six theatres of technical seminars.

The conference addresses in detail the critical subjects affecting the healthcare engineering and estates management sector today, and those shaping its future, with the aim of providing ideas, inspiration, and answers for tackling those challenges. Curated by the IHEEM Conference Committee, the broad programme features 25 hours of CPD-accredited content, including presentations and interactive workshops, organised around five key themes.
