Sub-floor preparation products and flooring adhesives from F Ball and Co have been used to create a safe, level and hard-wearing floor in the new children's day treatment unit at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary. Stopgap Green Bag and 114 Liquid smoothing underlay were used alongside Styccobond F46, a solvent-free acrylic adhesive. Roy Henderson, managing director at A and H Floor Covering Specialists, which laid the flooring, said: "F Ball's products were ideal for the project. The fast drying time of Stopgap Green Bag allowed us to keep within the short time leads required by the hospital. They create a great finish which is both safe and durable for the demanding healthcare environment."
