Ascribe has announced a series of changes to its executive team and management team to expand its capabilities to improve customer services as the company grows to meet increased demand for integrated healthcare IT solutions and services.
The executive team welcomes Rich Salter, formerly Ascribe’s head of consultancy services as director of operations. Within operations, there have been three post moves and a new hire. Karen Fielding moves to head of customer service, Mike Chapman moves to head of support services, and Mark Lee moves to head of consulting to fill the vacancy created by Rich Salter’s promotion. In addition, Mark Johnson is newly hired as change control and quality assurance manager, who will be working closely with Karen Fielding to review and implement a series of quality and communication initiatives that will deliver improved customer services.
Other executive team changes include Dr Chris Dickson’s move to healthcare director.
Stephen Critchlow, Marcus Mellor and Nick Townend, remain in their respective posts as chief executive officer, commercial director and finance director.
Critchlow said: “Ascribe believes that as a growing healthcare company, these changes and additional investments will enable us to best fulfil the delivery and support expectations of our customers. We are committed to improving our quality systems and customer services.”
