Courtney-Thorne has appointed Marc Rogers to the post of marketing manager in a strategic move designed to capitalise on a growing market across both the hospital and care sectors.
The newly-created role at Courtney-Thorne marks an investment in developing the company’s brand and raising its profile as it continues to build on its market share with industry-leading wireless technology.
A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma-qualified marketer with more than 10 years’ experience in marketing roles, Marc joins Courtney-Thorne one of the UK's leading independent providers of health and social care services having worked in senior marketing roles.
He will leverage his knowledge of the care and hospital sectors in his new role, with a remit that includes raising the company’s profile both on and offline, developing customer communication channels and building on customer service processes.
Rogers said: “As both hospitals and care homes continue to address the challenges of maintaining high standards of care and delivering accountable management information, there is a growing market for advanced wireless nurse call technology like that pioneered by Courtney-Thorne.
“This is an exciting time for Courtney-Thorne as the company continues to help customers answer the need for greater flexibility and futureproofing in both health and care environments. I am looking forward to playing a role in delivering that growth.”
