The glazing specialist has set up an Employee Ownership Trust, controlling interest in the company on behalf of all its employees

Britplas, a Northwest-based commercial glazing specialist, is now employee-owned. Owners Kevin Gorman and John Blackwell have transferred 100% of their equity in Britplas companies to its Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
