Bridgehead Software has recently appointed five new team members to accelerate growth of the business in EMEA.

To build on our existing success, and drive our position forward in the healthcare market, we have invested heavily in our people resources
“The EMEA healthcare market has really opened up for BridgeHead lately”, said Jim Beagle, president and chief executive.
“Many NHS trusts are now taking a more strategic view of their data and are engaging with BridgeHead to explore the use of our Healthcare Data Management (HDM) Solution to help them achieve their goals. Others are simply looking for a robust disaster recovery solution for all of their hospital systems and data. Additionally, in the UK there are a number of VNA and data migration opportunities that have resulted from the PACS and RIS refresh following the demise of the National Programme for IT.
“To build on our existing success, and drive our position forward in the healthcare market, we have invested heavily in our people resources. We are delighted to have onboard such a talented pool of individuals who will, no doubt, be vital in helping the company evolve to the next phase of its growth, not just in the UK, but across EMEA.”
Carr brings more than 30 years of international technology experience and he will be responsible for the strategic development and management of BridgeHead’s alliance and partner activity in EMEA. Prior to joining BridgeHead, he was business development director at Slainte Healthcare, where he was responsible for developing routes to market for their paperless hospital solutions.
Smale has 20 years of technology and healthcare experience and will be responsible responsible for helping customers to create the right data management and protection environment for their hospital using BridgeHead’s core Healthcare Data Management (HDM) Solution. Prior to taking on the role he was project manager at Agfa Healthcare.
