Octopus Healthcare has announced the appointment of Anna Philbrick.
She joins as head of people, responsible for the development, achievement and evaluation of the company's People Strategy.
With close to 500 members of staff in the Octopus Group, and 50 employees in Octopus Healthcare, the role will involve nurturing and developing staff, driving change and innovation.
Previously with the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Philbrick has extensive experience transforming teams and delivery models, as well as implementing people strategies.
Octopus Healthcare’s vision is to improve the health, wealth and wellbeing of the UK population, and that includes its employees.
With the new appointment, the group will be able to offer more support to employees, enabling it to deliver on this vision, as well as supporting it in fulfilling its personal goals for better health, wealth and wellbeing.
On her appointment, Philbrick said: “I am very excited to have joined the Octopus Group, a company whose values and culture are very much reflected in its business model and objectives.
