Vodafone has appointed ex Oracle director, Anne-Marie Vine-Lott, as its new head of the Centre for Health, working with Deloitte in the UK market.
This new role underlines Vodafone’s commitment to healthcare and will see Vine-Lott leverage her extensive experience to help healthcare providers meet the demand for new technologies to improve the patient experience.
According to research by Deloitte, access to healthcare determines the quality of health outcomes in 15-25% of the cases, and 43% of the population lack the skills to use information on health and wellbeing.
The Vodafone Centre for Health with Deloitte brings together Vodafone's connected health solutions and Deloitte’s healthcare consulting experience to enable more people to access healthcare when, and where, they need it.
Vine-Lott said: “I’m excited to lead the Vodafone Centre for Health in the UK.
“I’m passionate about healthcare and supporting sustainable change through technology.
“No one health organisation is the same in its needs, but our breadth of technology solutions bring flexibility and the opportunity to innovate at a pace that works for all stakeholders.
“I’m looking forward to working in partnership with integrated care systems to develop efficiencies and ultimately provide a better patient experience and improved patient outcomes.”
