One Hatfeild is a £40m development which was certified by BREEAM in 2018 after a rigorous assessment of the design, construction, and post-construction stages.
This certification is a testament to a commitment to sustainability as a force for good, and values of a whole-building approach to sustainable development.
One Hatfield opened six weeks early, an achievement never previously realised in the private healthcare sector.

The award recognises the measures that a site has put in place to be more considerate towards local neighbourhoods, the public, the workforce, and the environment. The provider works in tandem with Conlon Construction and William Clark Partnership to ensure this commitment is upheld, both while commissioning the hospitals and after they are opened.
