GenesisCare, a UK-based private cancer care provider, officially opened its new £30m specialist outpatient centre for oncology and radiotherapy in March.
The new centre is located in Guildford, Surrey, and marks a major step forward in advancing cancer healthcare in the region and beyond.

The expert medical team at GenesisCare in Surrey includes consultants practising at local and nationally recognised hospitals, and offers patients all over the South East personalised cancer treatments.
Centre Leader for GenesisCare in Surrey, Jimmy Kwok says: “We’ll be providing patients access to some of the most advanced diagnostic and radiotherapy treatments available and working closely with leading health professionals, to deliver an outstanding personalised patient cancer care experience.”

The new cancer centre and research hub is the result of a partnership between GenesisCare UK and the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.
At GenesisCare’s centre, patients can access specialist services such as exercise medicine, which is proven to improve patient outcomes.
Also, the centre will provide a wellbeing programme and therapies including counselling, reflexology and acupuncture, delivered in partnership with charity Penny Brohn UK.
