accentu8 is a new specialist UK manufacturer of design-led rise and recline chairs and soft seating for the healthcare and lifestyle markets. The company has a wealth of expertise, knowledge and experience in the rise and recline market. This is underpinned by Wilcare, the parent company’s heritage in manufacturing and many years of working closely with healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

To assist in building the accentu8 living brand to potential customers. You will be responsible for managing the accentu8 living website, updating with all up to date information, dealing with all SEO, updating photographs and monitoring all possible sales leads.

THE INDIVIDUAL

accentu8 is looking for a friendly and highly motivated team member able to work on their own and as part of a team. They will have excellent digital experience, customer service care, excellent communications skills and a background in sales, displaying a professional and courteous attitude at all times to colleagues and customers.

TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing all online sales and liaising with customers
  • Dealing with orders and handling follow up calls
  • Maintaining website on a daily basis
  • Updating website with all news stories, latest offers and photos
  • Implement SEO strategy – utilising metadata including keywords, tags and links
  • Evaluate web analytics and recommend any improvements
  • Supporting the marketing team with all e-shot distribution
  • Setting up all offers and promotion of new products
  • Providing support and handling all incoming calls, emails and visits from customers
  • Dealing with all incoming enquiries from existing and new clients and supporting the sales team
  • A strong telephone manner and ability to handle challenging phone calls
  • Updating and amending customer details where necessary
  • Displaying good organisation skills and good team playing skills
  • Making customers aware of suitable products available to meet their needs
  • Liaising with the sales team to pass on strong leads
  • Welcoming visitors to the showroom and presenting the accentu8
  • Representing accentu8 with professionalism at all times

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of HTML
  • Good writing skills
  • Experience managing digital content
  • Experience working with a cross functioning team

SALARY: Negotiable

HOLIDAYS: 22 plus bank holidays
