Totally Health, provider of the SANDY and LUCY long-term condition management solutions, has made two new appointments to its management team.
Tim Loveridge and John Walker-Lee will join the organisation in a business development and bid management capacity to help further support its growth through its range of innovative solutions and services which include shared decision making, risk stratification and health coaching.
Loveridge will join the team as business development director, focusing on innovation, partnership development and patient satisfaction. He is highly experienced in healthcare business development, having previously grown two successful healthcare companies, bidding, securing and implementing contracts for clinical services in excess of £20m and with ability in developing business ideas from conception to implementation and operation.
Prior to his appointment, he has held positions both within, and as a supplier to, the NHS. His key achievements have included the establishment of an innovative private/NHS/third sector partnership to deliver clinical services in the Midlands.
Walker-Lee joins Totally as bids director, with more tha 20 years experience in the health/health insurance market. He is particularly experienced in tenders and bids, having successfully secured multi-million contracts. Previously, he co-founded Bupa Health Dialog and was employed as commercial director, where he was responsible for NHS tender tracking, solution development and responses, as well as pricing strategy and development. His main focus at Totally will be to identify opportunities, initiate the bid process and complete this process through to the award of tender.
