Independent social care software and services provider, OLM, has announced the appointment of Michelle Lumiere to the position of head of marketing, supporting the company’s continued growth as it celebrates 30 years of delivering innovation and transformation across the health and social care sector.
Bringing more than 15 years marketing experience to the role, Lumiere specialises in brand psychology and growth and has a strong, highly-established background in marketing, having worked at Cranfield University, the Metropolitan Police Service, and the Guinness Trust prior to working, most recently, as an independent marketing consultant.
She will lead the marketing team and manage responsibility for growth marketing, strategy, and positioning as well as ensuring joined-up plans across OLM’s sister companies.
She said of her appointment: “During the pandemic, OLM has dealt with the challenges head on and has gone above and beyond to work in the best interests of its public-sector clients.
“OLM has a reputation that is second to none in the sector for putting clients first, and I am delighted to have joined OLM during its 30th anniversary year.
“I have a great team, and I’m looking forward to us driving OLM’s already-strong market position further during the post-pandemic phase; a crucial and exciting time.”
Simon Tobias, sales and commercial director, adds: “Michelle brings a deep-rooted understanding of marketing in the public sector and a fresh view to positively challenge the status quo and drive forward OLM’s brand and communications.
“We welcome Michelle to the team and are excited that she will be leading a new branding and communications chapter in the OLM journey.”
