BigHand has appointed several new members to its healthcare team following recent, as well as predicted, future growth.
In order to provide customers with the required quality support throughout the planning, implementation, training and delivery of its solutions, BigHand has made seven new appointments in the last six months.
Among the new starters is Jason Snelling who joins the team as client services manager. Snelling has worked with digital dictation and speech recognition for more than 16 years, including within the healthcare industry. Having previously worked with one of BigHand’s competitors as well as IBM, Snelling has held various roles in the implementation, training, project management, sales and vendor management of these technologies. His focus is on delivering quality services and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
BigHand has also welcomed Saima Sabir, a legally-qualified professional with a wealth of experience as a team trainer. Sabir is well-versed in providing training needs analysis and training sessions, with a key attribute of helping to bridge the gap between businesses and their clients.
Other additions to the team include Peter Jones, who joins from Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust as a project manager; David McDowell and Bobby Redmond, who have bolstered the technical support team; Stuart Clarke as an implementation consultant; and Aymen Hatem, who joins the healthcare team from the legal side of the business for implementations.
