Specialist consultancy, ETL, has appointed Donna Fitzpatrick as an associate director with the programme and project management team.
With over 15 years experience in the healthcare sector, she brings a wealth of expertise and strengths to the London team as its capability in the health, science and higher education sectors expands.
With extensive knowledge and skills in leading large-scale health and higher education capital development at a senior level, her pro-active approach to leading design and construction teams is focused on collaboration across the project team and maximising benefits for clients.
Her one-team approach has delivered several successful projects, including UCLH’s recently-completed Phase 5 development, with a construction value of £70m, which created a new outpatient ENT and dental hospital using the ‘on-stage/off-stage’ clinical model.
She also lead the RIBA design competition for Moorfield Eye Hospital and UCL’s Project Oriel, project managing the design team through the briefing process to RIBA stage 1.
Mark Halstead, director of programme and project management at ETL, said: “With an exemplary track record of successfully delivering major projects, we know how valuable her skills will be at enhancing our capability.
“Donna has joined ETL at a very-exciting time – we know her expertise will add tremendous value to our clients’ programmes and projects.”
