Healthcare infrastructure specialist, Archus, has confirmed two new appointments to its senior management team as part of itscontinued growth.
Nicola Clemo will take on the role of head of strategic advisory and Aidan Uniacke as operational associate director for Ireland.
Both have been promoted from existing roles within the firm.
Clemo joined Archus in 2020 with a background in health infrastructure development covering healthcare planning and clinical strategy.
Her experience spans the full breadth of healthcare, with a robust understanding of total system approaches, from community health hubs to major acute transformation programmes, such as the £575m North Manchester health campus.
Based in Manchester, but with a company-wide role, she will lead a team of strategic advisors in the delivery of a clinical and transformation strategy which improves service delivery and health outcomes.
Uniacke joined Archus in 2022 with a background in project management and financial services, including large-scale transformation projects.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the ongoing growth and development of the Archus Ireland team and services, bringing with him a solutions-based approach to supporting the Irish healthcare system in providing a more sustainable service for the future.
Clemo said: “The need to implement better ways of working in a capitally-constrained, post-COVID health system is clear, yet too often this can manifest itself in lengthy change programmes and investments which do not address the mounting daily challenges of the here and now.
“I am thrilled to be leading our strategic advisory team; a cohort of leading health experts, working to radically improve physical, digital, and human healthcare infrastructure in the short and long term, enabling health leaders to realise the delivery of world-class care in a sustainable way.”
Uniacke added: “Since joining Archus, it has been incredibly rewarding to work alongside healthcare leaders in Ireland, supporting them as they navigate the many challenges and opportunities of post-pandemic recovery, while moving towards the ambitious Sláintecare vision for integrated healthcare reform.
“I look forward to continuing our work together, alongside our growing team of experts in Ireland, as Archus Ireland continues to expand.”
