That includes pioneering the use of AI in construction by integrating a range of AI applications into our programmes.
Best in class AI use depends on accurate and standardised data on everything from design standards, productivity, compliance and performance in use. But construction is dominated by a business model that sees a main contractor managing a chain of smaller suppliers. If the data is dispersed across a supply chain, it becomes difficult to integrate AI effectively into a programme.
Managing our design in-house gives us full control to capture, standardise and refine data continuously. Through our advanced use of data and AI platforms, we are able to deliver better designs, more efficient production and closer alignment with client needs, giving you more control. By linking central manufacturing models with AI-generative design, we are enabling faster analysis, smarter design and improved coordination across projects.
Industrialised Construction
Unlike the traditional method, we vertically integrate everything under one roof in our unique 50-acre site in Driffield, Yorkshire – the UK’s largest off-site manufacturing facility.
With five factories and 300,000 square feet of production capacity capable of delivering up to 15,000 units annually, it is where our specialist in-house teams handle design, manufacturing, assembly and delivery.
87% of our work gets done before we ever set foot on site, optimising quality, speed and sustainability. By moving construction into factory settings, we achieve safer working conditions and more consistent outcomes than traditional on-site construction.

All our designs are produced and delivered following the PAS2060 standard, enabling continuous carbon reduction throughout manufacturing, installation and operation.
