Pozzoni has been appointed to Lot 4 (Architectural Services) on the NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Estates Consultancy Framework.

The objective of the framework agreement is to appoint skilled organisations to provide a range of estates consultancy services that meet the broad needs of the NHS and other healthcare organisations.

Pozzoni has proven dementia design expertise and a track record of delivering successful healthcare facilities, residential schemes, care homes, and masterplans alongside complimentary facilities such as offices, multi-storey car parking and leisure facilities.

It has also provided assistance to trusts through delivering planning approvals for alternative land uses on surplus sites ahead of disposal.

Nigel Saunders, director at Pozzoni, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to this important framework and we look forward to providing a different perspective, bringing skills from our many sectors to the healthcare market, as well as our broad experience of working with hospital trusts, independent hospitals and private sector organisations.”

The NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative is hosted by Leeds and York Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust and provides collaborative and bespoke procurement solutions to the public sector.

Membership of the collaborative includes NHS trusts throughout England, and the framework can also be utilised by acute trusts, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), mental health trusts, ambulance trusts, care trusts, the NHS Trust Development Authority (TDA), special health authorities, and arm’s-length bodies.
