Artist Dawn Prescott works with patients to create bespoke menus

New menus have been designed for the Manchester Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre at Wythenshawe Hospital in south Manchester.

Artist, Dawn Prescott, ran weekly collaging workshops with patients on Pearce Ward using fruits and vegetables as the main theme. Each person then created their own unique food-related collages. These fed into the overall menu design.

The end product is a set of four bespoke menus, each one designed individually in response to the interactions and conversations between the patients and the artist about food.
