Knightsbridge Furniture welcomes business development manager back into the fold

Wayne Tilbury-Larter rejoins furniture manufacturer after 17 years

Knightsbridge has expanded its sales team with the appointment of a business development manager, who has rejoined the company after 17 years since first cutting his teeth within the industry at the Bradford-based firm.

Wayne Tilbury-Larter has joined the team for London and the South East and will be responsible for nurturing clients, promoting the Knightsbridge brand, and providing input into effective marketing strategies for the business.

With more than 20 years experience within the healthcare furniture sector, he has had an impressive career, most recently spending five years at Teal LifeCare as a sales director.

Within this role he was responsible for sales within the mental health sector across three southern territories, with key achievements including growing his territory significantly in just four years.

Speaking on his appointment, he said: “Working with Knightsbridge again feels like the absolute perfect fit for me.

“Having a deep understanding of the company, and knowing we share the same core values, was so important.

Working with a true manufacture that delivers from plank to product will enable us to meet client expectations and create fantastic, safe, and stylish spaces.”

Alan Towns, chief executive, adds: “Welcoming Wayne back into the Knightsbridge family has been fantastic.

“We are an ambitious and growing company with significant plans for the future, and Wayne will be an integral part in helping drive that forward.

“He already has a detailed understanding of our business and markets and we are looking forward to introducing him to our valued customers.”
