Innova Care Concepts has scaled up services to meet the urgent demand for hospital beds and other care equipment across the NHS.

In the past week, Innova has increased production and stock levels, invested in a new 30,000sq ft warehouse facility, and brought in additional staff to deliver rapid quote and delivery times.

Tom Hulbert, managing director, said: “We’ve worked alongside the NHS for many years, providing hundreds of pieces of equipment to hospitals.

“I think people across the UK share my gratitude for our incredibly-hard-working NHS and care professionals and it’s important to come together as a country and provide support wherever possible.

“Having seen first-hand the time and energy frontline NHS staff are dedicating to patient care, Innova is making a commitment to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist in whatever way we can throughout this unprecedented crisis.”

The company has stocks of hospital ICU and ward beds, mattresses, patient stretchers, bedside cabinets and overbed tables, ward screens and IV poles ready for urgent delivery across the UK.

Joe Hulbert, hospital equipment specialist at Innova, said: “We are working around the clock to help manufacture, source and distribute urgent equipment for hospitals.

“Our team has responded to hundreds of enquiries in the last few weeks and we’re working with hospitals all over the country - including pop-up Nightingale Hospitals - to help wherever we can.

“It’s brilliant to see organisations working together to get the right equipment, in the right places, at the right time.”
