The Leavesden Doctors Surgery in Hertfordshire is David Bailey Furniture Systems’ latest health centre installation project.
The newly-built surgery has been bedecked in the company’s Healthcare furniture range to the value of £70,000.
Contractor, Bellway Homes, commissioned the Leavesden Doctors Surgery as part of a large-scale housing estate project. The surgery was designed and built to serve the residents of the 500 new homes built on the site next to Leavesden Aerodrome.
The new facility incorporates seven consulting rooms as well as a minor surgery room and nurse treatment room.
The colour scheme used across the medical centre consists of crisp white storage unit doors set off by dark grey handles and speckled grey G023 worktops, giving a fresh and hygienic appearance. Bespoke integrated panel systems were fitted in the washrooms, concealing pipework and ducting and providing a professional and practical finish.
