Assura Group has completed its latest project, a £2.5m medical centre in Willington, Derbyshire.
The 13,000sq ft building, which was delivered in partnership with LSP Developments, incorporates a state-of-the-art GP practice and an independent pharmacy.
The new facility features extensive sustainable energy measures and is expected to gain a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.

Amanda Roddy, development manager at Assura Group, said: “This year has seen a succession of excellent projects in the Midlands, with an increase in our integrated health centres undergoing construction in the region. The new building will ensure the highest possible standard of care in the area and give a greater range of facilities to the local patients.”
